Looking for an energetic leader to join our management team. Responsible for the department's day to day operations, profits & expenses

DUTIES:
Needs to be able to motivate, train & mentor their team w/ focus. Ability to forecast parts requirements is required. Must maintain the highest standard of professionalism in serving the customer & identifying/projecting their needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Customer service experience a must with minimum 3 years previous automotive parts management experience required. Job involves a lot of public contact
High school diploma/GED required
Due to nature of job, must read, speak and write English
Willingness to participate in in-house training
Employer will check Motor Vehicle record
Manufacturer certificates & use of computerized parts system is a plus
